MINDSET CHALLENGES

Mindset challenges are without a doubt the most important component of living life outside your comfort zone. It will be impossible to reach your peak level of fitness or take on epic adventures without the right mindset. The mental toughness you develop from taking on challenges will spill over to every aspect of your life and increase your focus and concentration by allowing you to live in the present moment.

The key is to make incremental progress every single day. Overtime, it will add up and when you look back you won’t even recognize the person you were before you started taking on challenges. Don’t wait, start building your momentum today. It could be a simple challenge like taking a cold shower or fasting for the day. Neither of which will kill you but both will increase your perseverance by briefly taking you outside your comfort zone.
