FITNESS CHALLENGES

We all know Fitness is the key to living a health and active lifestyle. Having a high level of fitness is also what bridges the gap between Mindset and Adventure. If you already have a fitness routine, that’s great. However, routines encourage complacency which will destroy you from the inside out. If you are a runner mix things up and go climbing or biking for the day. If you’re always at the gym change your scenery and go hiking or kayaking. Taking on new challenges will keep your body guessing and allow you to take your health and fitness to the next level.

To build momentum start by setting manageable and attainable goals. Doing so will prevent you becoming overwhelmed and burning out. You should have a big goal in mind but start small. If running ultra marathons have taught me anything its that you have to break things down into bite sized pieces to pull off the impossible!
